I needed a way to send bulk WhatsApp messages for my small business and this software fit the bill. It's fairly easy to use, though the learning curve was a little steeper than I anticipated. I did have a couple of minor glitches, mostly related to contact importing, but customer support was responsive and helpful in resolving those issues. Overall, for the price, it's a good value. The ability to schedule messages is a real time saver. I wouldn't say it's perfect, but it gets the job done efficiently enough for my needs.
