I was hesitant to spend money on bulk messaging software, but this one has exceeded my expectations. The interface is incredibly user-friendly, even for someone like me who's not tech-savvy. I've sent out several campaigns now, and the delivery rate is fantastic. Customer support has been responsive and helpful when I had a minor question. For the price, this is an absolute steal.
